Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security/platform/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong engineering judgement and systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and curiosity.
• Pragmatic balance of security, usability and delivery.
• Ability to automate repetitive work.
• Understand how systems work and address root causes.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, applications, security and people.

Responsibilities

• Own security platform capabilities end-to-end.
• Build and operate security platforms as code.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities to reduce toil.
• Automate identity, secrets and trust workflows.
• Define and evolve authentication patterns across the organisation.
• Develop integrations and Vault extensions where valuable.
• Debug production issues across infrastructure, apps and platforms.
• Help teams adopt secure patterns without slowing delivery.
• Reduce operational toil through automation and standardised security patterns.
