You will own deployments, build fast developer workflows, and shape how the team operates its systems, incorporating AI tooling while upholding strong security and engineering practices.

• Developer experience: Streamline CI/CD, testing, and deployments; automate workflows and improve tooling, configs, and secrets management.
• Infrastructure performance: Optimise low latency systems at host and network level for high performance production environments.
• AI, tooling & security: Use AI and internal tools to scale impact while maintaining strong security across infrastructure and workflows.

Our client, an engineering driven crypto technology company based in London, is looking for a platform engineer to own the reliability and performance of production systems, working on low latency, high performance infrastructure where small improvements have outsized impact and engineering quality matters. You'll shape how the team operates its systems, building clean observability, reducing noise, and creating fast, reliable developer workflows.
