NBCUniversal is seeking a Product Manager to support Hayu & EMEA Networks DTC platform capabilities in the UK. You will work with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Editorial, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure scalable, reliable platforms across international markets.

Reporting to the Product Director, Platform, you’ll define requirements, manage backlogs, and help deliver shared capabilities such as CMS, content ingestion, search, recommendations, metadata, analytics, and partner

Qualifications

Experience working in an engineering or product role.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-based architectures and modern digital platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with streaming, OTT or digital media products is desirable.

Responsabilités

Support delivery of the platform roadmap for Hayu & EMEA Networks DTC propositions.
Define and evolve shared capabilities including CMS, content ingestion, search, recommendations, metadata, analytics and partner integrations.
Balance short-term priorities with long-term technical investments.
Translate technical documentation into customer-facing FAQs.
Work with engineers/architects to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Manage platform backlogs and prioritise work across multiple stakeholders.
