Job summary

ApprovalMax is seeking a senior product leader to own the platform experience across web, mobile, and the Public API. You will drive discovery, define the roadmap, and translate strategy into shipped features that customers access seamlessly across devices and integrations.

You'll partner with Head of Product Experience and AI/ML teams to deliver AI-enabled search, reports, and secure account/identity capabilities while shaping architecture and measuring impact with Amplitude data.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B SaaS product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience owning platform-wide capabilities (search, navigation, accounts).
• Fluent in architectural trade-offs and APIs.
• Experience across web and mobile; multi-device workflows.
• Shipped AI/LLM-powered product with go-to-market ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-surface customer experience across web, mobile, and API.
• Own Public API and MCP connectivity and drive ecosystem adoption.
• Own search (including AI-powered search) and audit trails.
• Shape roadmap, discovery, and measure adoption with data.
• Work with architecture to guide platform direction.
