Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end client experience across our client portal and marketplace from vision to delivery. You will drive the roadmap, outcomes and value creation while using AI to prototype and test improvements with clients and data.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, align the journey with business models, and partner across the organisation to reduce friction and improve retention and margins.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience owning a digital product or client experience end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the client portal and marketplace, with an ambitious experience goal and market differentiator.
• Set and track outcomes like excellent client experience, stronger relationships, retention and healthy margins; justify investments on value created.
• Look for where AI can improve the client experience and build it in where it adds real value.
• Align the journey to a two-speed commercial model of high-touch consultancy and commodity, journey-led fulfilment.
• Lead the Client Experience squad including product, design, analysis, engineering, delivery, DevOps and QA to ship the journey.
• Drive wider operational improvements across the organisation to shape the client experience and remove friction.
