Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking an experienced PR and External Communications Specialist to shape how TOPdesk's story is heard across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. You will own our PR approach across three markets, strengthening media relationships and turning our product and AI strategy into stories that earn attention and credibility.

Working with the CMO and teams, you will build a consistent TOPdesk narrative while adapting it to each market, with expansion into additional markets as TOPdesk grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PR, external or corporate comms.
• Experience managing multi-market communications.
• Proven media relationships in Europe.
• Ability translate tech to journalist stories.

Responsibilities

• Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting your approach to each market.
• Build and strengthen relationships with technology, trade and business media.
• Turn TOPdesk's AI and product strategy into compelling stories and bylines.
• Prepare the Executive Team for media interviews, panels and speaking engagements.
• Lead communications around events, product announcements and AI roadmap updates.
• Partner with Internal Communications to align external storytelling with employee messaging.
• Manage PR agencies and freelancers across markets with clear priorities.
• Develop measures for share of voice, coverage quality, and business relevance.
