Job summary
Quilter plc is seeking a Platform Lead to own the outsourced platform within the Group Technology Solutions practice, accountable for integration, operations and strategic delivery. You will govern vendor relationships, drive continuous improvement, and embed the platform as a core operational capability.
Reporting to the Head of Affluent Tech/Deputy CIO, you will manage the product backlog, define OKRs, and collaborate with engineering, data, architecture and risk teams to ensure robust, secure
Qualifications
- Proven experience in platform management within a complex organisation.
- Experience managing outsourced technology vendors, including contract governance and performance management.
- Strong understanding of platform integration concepts, APIs, data architecture, and enterprise landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Own vendor relationships and manage day-to-day vendor contact, SLAs, KPIs, and change management.
- Translate platform strategy into an executable roadmap and own the platform backlog.
- Lead platform onboarding, migration and upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
- Oversee platform operations: incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Govern platform governance, risk, and compliance across data privacy and security.
- Lead and develop platform team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
