Quilter plc in London (Hybrid) seeks a Business & Governance Manager to partner with the CIO, translating strategic priorities into integrated plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.

Based in the Investment function, you will own the governance framework, support risk and control oversight, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology to strengthen resilience and decision‑making.

Competenze

• Experience in business management or COO offices in financial services.
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into structured plans and actions.
• Strong governance, risk and control framework knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Partner with CIO to translate strategy into integrated plans and milestones.
• Own governance framework and maintain audit trails and documentation.
• Develop KPIs and governance metrics to inform decisions.
