Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a capable Supply Planner Lead to manage a team of material and supply planners, ensuring mid- to long-term production and material plans align with business objectives. You will drive end-to-end supply plans, coach the team, and work with cross-functional partners to meet KPIs and optimize inventory and waste.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen.
• Experience in driving IBP cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of planners.
• Meet KPIs: fill rate, finished goods inventory, and waste targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment functions.
• Lead supply review meetings and contribute to IBP process enhancements.
