Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a hands-on software engineer to build, integrate and support the 3XD digital platform. You will work across .NET 8 MVC, Razor Pages and REST APIs, delivering new capabilities, insurer integrations and live-service support.

You will collaborate with Product, QA and Operations to refine requirements, investigate data issues and implement automated improvements. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web applications, APIs, integrations or data-led systems.
• Strong grounding in .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL and frontend development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git branching, CI/CD pipelines and controlled environment promotion.
• Ability to diagnose issues across application, integration, data and operational workflows.
• Understanding of secure coding, data protection, testing and maintainable design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support web applications, APIs, services and integrations for the 3XD platform.
• Work across a .NET 8 MVC application using Razor Pages, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, insurer integrations, data imports, exports, feeds and secure file-transfer processes.
• Work with SQL Server or Azure SQL Server to support reporting, reconciliation, data quality and operational processing.
• Support File Manager integration points where web journeys, data feeds or APIs connect into operational processes.
