Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to own financial reporting and forecasting for Wise Platform. You will collaborate with Analytics, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to shape the financial narrative and improve forecast accuracy.

You will build forecasting frameworks, present to senior leadership, and drive strategic projects. This is a high-impact role with autonomy from day one in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong track record building complex forecasting models and presenting financial narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling—ability to build and manage integrated models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Financial Review for Wise Platform and present performance against forecast to leadership.
• Create clear insights into performance and commercial strategy of Wise Platform.
• Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Own the forecasting methodology, coordinating inputs from across the P&L.
• Build and manage integrated financial models from scratch.
• Contribute to the long-range financial plan and 5-year forecast process.
• Drive Finance Transformation and strategic projects across cross-functional initiatives.
