Job summary

Wise is a global technology company seeking an FP&A Manager in London. This individual contributor role offers end-to-end ownership of defined FP&A workstreams, with significant autonomy and partnership with senior stakeholders across Wise.

You will lead planning and forecasting for your areas, build scalable models, and provide robust ROI analyses to guide investments and pricing decisions. You will drive reporting improvements and share FP&A best practices across the finance function.

Responsibilities

• You'll be a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, combining financial and operational insight to help them understand performance, key drivers and trade-offs, and make better decisions.
• You'll lead planning and forecasting for your areas, challenging assumptions, tracking performance and contributing to longer-term plans.
• You'll build scalable models and reporting for the areas you support, using relevant metrics and scenarios to make risks and opportunities clear.
• You'll assess investments, pricing, growth and efficiency initiatives through robust business cases, ROI and payback analysis, providing recommendations that help stakeholders prioritise resources.
• You'll lead workstreams within complex cross-functional projects and improve FP&A processes, data quality and reporting in the areas you support, sharing best practice across Finance.

Due to the continued and rapid growth of Wise, we're on the hunt for experienced Finance professionals to join our FP&A team in London. You'll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of defined FP&A workstreams supporting specific business areas. You'll operate with significant autonomy, partner with senior stakeholders and work with FP&A leads when decisions have wider implications across Wise.
