Job summary

Push Gaming Ltd. is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to steer design, development and maintenance of the core platform that underpins our online casino games. You will lead a team, drive scalable cloud-native architectures and embed security and observability across the stack.

You’ll own the roadmap, advocate best practices, and deliver self-service tooling and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles with leadership experience.
• Cloud architecture design experience across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on with containers, IaC and modern cloud tooling.
• Strong programming background in Go, Python or Java.
• Familiarity with iGaming or high‑transactional regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design the platform architecture for scalable, fault‑tolerant systems.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of platform engineers.
• Automate cloud provisioning with Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Embed security best practices into platform design and processes.
• Own the platform roadmap and align with business/regulatory needs.
• Provide self‑service tooling and CI/CD pipelines to boost developer velocity.
• Maintain observability: monitoring, logging and alerting for reliability.
• Collaborate with compliance to meet GLI/UKGC data integrity and security.
