Job summary

Viridien is seeking a Platform Engineer – Infrastructure & Cloud Systems to design, build, and improve infrastructure and platform systems that support software deployment across large-scale distributed environments.

You will work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and security, focusing on scalable, reliable systems and strong integration between infrastructure and higher-level platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building infrastructure platforms or distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenStack.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience operating OpenStack environments.
• Experience managing Kubernetes-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure across compute, networking, and orchestration.
• Improve OpenStack-based environments and Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to authentication and service identity systems, including OIDC.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Analyze system performance and optimize interactions across layers.
