Frazer-Nash Consultancy seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Lead to oversee the development and continual improvement of our Digital Engineering Environment and DevSecOps capability. You’ll work with architects, engineers and security specialists to implement best practices and establish technical standards for secure, scalable software delivery.

Ideal candidates bring substantial DevSecOps experience, strong governance knowledge and the ability to enable multiple delivery teams through shared

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating and managing digital engineering platforms within regulated environments.
• Solid DevSecOps skills, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation and cloud security.
• Experience enabling multiple delivery teams through shared engineering platforms, tooling and standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of governance, assurance, audit, and accreditation requirements.
• Experience implementing secure software delivery practices and engineering controls.
• Knowledge of platform engineering principles and modern software delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve digital engineering platforms and environments.
• Implement and support DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines and IaC automation.
• Design and maintain secure engineering environments, release controls and QA processes.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to translate standards into engineering solutions.
• Manage platform risks, dependencies and improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical evidence and documentation for governance and accreditation.
• Coach engineers and delivery teams in DevSecOps best practices.
