Job summary

Generative Group is expanding its platform team in London to build and evolve a scalable production infrastructure for its AI-focused products.

You will own hands-on infrastructure, implement IaC, and strengthen observability while supporting software teams as they launch features. A strong focus on security and production risk, with ownership and forward-thinking use of AI in engineering, is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform or equivalent
• Strong Kubernetes experience and cloud-native app familiarity (Azure preferred, AWS also relevant)
• Experience scaling systems and ensuring safe, reliable production infrastructure
• Sound understanding of security, observability and production risk, plus clear communication and ownership

• Support software teams during feature launches and improvements
• Shape platform as product needs and scale production systems
