What you’ll do

As Platform Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives across Front End, Cloud Infrastructure, Shared Business Services (SBS), and Data (Power BI and DBT). You’ll coordinate delivery squads, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes that support platform resilience, scalability, and user experience.

• Manage delivery across multiple streams — ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, and Security teams
• Oversee vendor teams delivering cloud, BI, and platform components
• Maintain clear delivery plans, risk registers, and governance frameworks
• Report to the Head of Engineering or CTO with regular updates on progress and dependencies

Requirements

• 12+ years in IT delivery, program management, or engineering leadership
• Experience delivering across Front End (React/Angular), Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Data platforms
• Familiarity with shared services (SBS) and integration patterns
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern DevOps practices
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management experience at C-level
• Previous success leading hybrid teams and vendor partners
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities

Bonus if you have:

• Cloud or Agile certifications (AWS, SAFe, PMP)
• Experience with DBT, Power BI, and data governance frameworks
• Background in enterprise-scale digital transformations
