Job summary

Biletwise in London seeks a Platform Assistant fluent in English or French to support daily operations, data entry, and customer interactions for a Europe-based e-commerce platform.

You will enter events (products), verify accuracy, assist users, and contribute to content for SEO. A university degree is required; 2+ years of experience or a recent graduate with long-term part-time work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any University degree program.
• Proficient in at least one of English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Arabic languages.
• Able to keep up with flexible working hours and hard work tempo.
• Interested in and following sports and music events.
• Good command of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
