Biletwise is seeking a Last Minute Sales Professional with English/French fluency to join its Europe-based e-commerce team. The successful candidate will enter world-wide events into the system, ensure data accuracy, and provide courteous support to buyers and sellers.

Graduate with 2+ years experience or long-term part-time experience in education/life, proficient in at least one of English, Spanish, Italian, German, French or Arabic.

Qualifications

• University degree completed.
• 2+ years experience or recent grad with long-term part-time work in education/life.
• Proficient in English or one of the listed languages (Spanish/Italian/German/French/Arabic).
• Willing to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sports and music events.

Responsibilities

• Enter worldwide events (products) into the system with timing and location.
• Control, track and confirm the correctness of entered products.
• Provide polite, helpful operational support to users buying and selling through the system.
• Participate in all operational activities carried out by the team.
• Produce new content to support SEO work of the products.
