Job summary

Biletwise is seeking a capable Operations/Content Assistant to join their Europe-based team. You will input event details (date, description, location), verify accuracy, and assist users buying and selling through the platform.

The role involves handling operational tasks, supporting SEO content efforts, and collaborating with the team to drive growth in the European market. Fluency in one of several languages is valued, with a flexible schedule and a passion for sports and music events.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any University degree program.
• At least 2 years of experience or long-term part-time work in education life.
• Proficient in at least one of English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Arabic languages.
• Able to keep up with flexible working hours and hard work tempo.
• Interested in and following sports and music events.
• Good command of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Entering worldwide events (we call "product") into the system with event details (date, description, location).
• Controlling, tracking and confirming correctness of the products entered into the system.
• Provide polite, courteous, helpful operational support to users who buy and sell through the system.
• Participate in all operational activities carried out by the team.
• Produce new content to contribute to the SEO work of the products.
