Job summary

Vodafone VOIS is seeking a Platform Architect to provide architectural leadership and domain expertise across telecom and digital platform domains. You’ll translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures, guiding multiple squads to deliver cloud-native, API-first capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience in solution/platform architecture and strong collaboration with product, engineering and governance teams to drive architectural consistency and modernisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution or platform architecture.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, API-first distributed systems.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one telecommunications or digital platform domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across one or more platform domains.
• Support engineering squads with solution design and architecture guidance.
• Define solution architectures, domain models and API specifications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs.
• Produce architecture artefacts and ensure alignment with governance.
