Job summary

Addition is seeking a Platform Architect to define and evolve strategic direction for platforms and automation capabilities. You will lead architecture governance, implement IaC patterns, and drive scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires hands-on engineering presence and strong leadership across engineering, operations, and security teams. You will design end-to-end platform solutions, champion automation-first approaches, and guide roadmaps to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive platform architecture experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong communication and leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform architecture strategy and standards.
• Design end-to-end platform solutions including infra, automation, CI/CD, and tooling.
• Drive consistency and reuse across environments and modalities.
• Oversee platform governance, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provide mentorship to Platform Engineers and promote DevOps/SRE practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, security, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
