Job summary

Arm is looking for an expert Engineer to support Engineering Platform Access by building and maintaining a secure, scalable Linux VDI environment using Exceed TurboX and related technologies.

You will automate infrastructure, improve observability, and drive high-availability across on-premises and multi-cloud deployments while collaborating with global engineering teams to optimize HPC access and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Linux systems in production, HPC, or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Linux VDI or remote visualization platforms such as EXceed TurboX, Citrix, or similar.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, Ansible.
• Automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, GitLab CI/CD, and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Splunk, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and improve infrastructure for VDI solutions with focus on availability, security, performance and user experience.
• Automate operations to reduce toil and enable self-service and policy-based automation.
• Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews and continuous service improvement.
• Work across on-premises, HPC, and multi-cloud environments with hybrid-cloud pipelines.
