Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology seeks skilled fabricators to support the manufacture of engineered-to-order pumps and related components. You will read drawings, cut and assemble metal plates, and operate a range of plate-cutting and forming equipment.

A strong focus on quality, safety, and lean practices is essential. Ideal candidates are time-served with up to 3 years heavy manufacturing experience, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Time served with up to 3 years relevant experience preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Understanding and experience of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Team player with energy and commitment to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify piece parts to drawings and manufacture accordingly.
• Operate guillotines, flame cutters, rollers and presses.
• Weld or bolt together plates to fabricate the finished product.
• Read engineering drawings and measure/mark out plates.
• Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
