Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for dedicated Machine Operators in Crumlin for immediate temp-to-perm roles. You will load machines, inspect products, and help with packaging while following strict quality standards.

The role offers a 4-on/4-off shift pattern with paid breaks and a clear progression path toward a permanent contract. A valid driving license and ability to commute from within a 30-minute radius are essential.

Qualifications

• Factory, production or manufacturing experience required.
• Interview with Managing Director.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport within 30-minute commute of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Load moulding machines with raw materials and perform basic machine care.
• Inspect, trim, and package manufactured plastic items to uphold quality.
• Operate semi-automatic production machinery once trained.
• Stack, wrap and relocate finished pallets using a manual pump truck.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation per health and safety rules.
