Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is partnering with a global manufacturer in Crumlin to recruit reliable Machine Operators for immediate temp-to-perm opportunities. You will work on high-volume plastics production with 4-on/4-off shifts and a clear route to a permanent contract.

The role includes loading moulding machines, inspecting and packing parts, and keeping the workstation clean and safe. A valid driving license and own transport within 30 minutes of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate are

Qualifications

• Previous background in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Upbeat, proactive, and keen to work; you will be interviewing directly with the Managing Director.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have own transport, living within a 30-minute commute of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities

• Loading moulding machines with raw materials and carrying out basic routine machine care.
• Inspecting, trimming, and packaging manufactured plastic items to ensure rigorous quality standards.
• Operating semi-automatic production machinery once fully trained.
• Stacking, wrapping, and relocating finished pallets using a manual pump truck.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety policies.
