Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Recycling Prepper Operative for a busy recycling facility in Wednesbury. The role is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will separate plastics from metals, use hand and power tools safely, and prepare materials for the recycling process. The job offers Monday to Friday hours (7:00am–4:00pm) with full training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using hand-held and power tools.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, recycling, or warehouse environments is desirable but not essential.
