Job summary

Timberwise is a family run specialist construction business with over 50 years in operation. We are expanding our North-West team of Plasterers, including the Rochdale area, and travel across the region is required.

The role focuses on rendering, skimming, and related plastering tasks with full training offered. Ideal candidates have proven plastering ability, a CSCS card, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering skills and ability to manage workload.
• CSCS card holder and commitment to safety on site.
• Willingness to travel across the North-West, incl. Rochdale.
• Full training will be provided for preservation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments.
• Dot and Dab finishing.
• Boarding and skimming.
• Multi coat render systems.
• Some joinery experience is desirable.
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable.

The Role

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systemsis desirable

We are looking for someone in the NorthWest who has:

• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
