Job summary

Timberwise (UK) Ltd is expanding its plastering team across the North West, including Manchester, with travel across the region required. The role focuses on rendering, skimming and related plastering tasks, with priority given to proven plastering skills and a proactive approach.

We seek self-motivated individuals who communicate well, take ownership of workloads and collaborate as part of a team. CSCS card holders preferred; training available for preservation-related work.

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder is required.
• Proven skills in plastering.

• Desirable: joinery and waterproofing experience.

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the UK and specifically in the Manchester area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

The Role

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the North West and specifically in the Manchester area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable

We are looking for someone in the North West who has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
