Cardo Group, a trusted provider of building maintenance and retrofit services across the UK, is seeking a Full-time Permanent Associate plasterer for social housing projects in Wales. You will deliver high-quality plastering works, repair surfaces, and help keep homes safe and well-maintained.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, tenant communication, and efficient delivery, with benefits including a company van, competitive hourly rate up to £15.50ph DOE, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven plasterer withExperience in plastering for social housing projects.
• Experience working on both new builds and refurbishments within social housing contexts.
• Skimming, rendering and patching plaster techniques.

Responsabilités

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces in social housing properties.
• Work with skim plaster, render, cement-based plaster per project requirements.
• Smooth, level and finish surfaces to high-quality standards.
• Prepare and mix plaster materials to correct consistency.
• Repair plaster on walls, ceilings and surfaces in existing properties.
• Fill cracks and holes, restoring surfaces to a high standard.
• Ensure repairs comply with building regulations and social housing standards.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning, sanding and priming.
• Install bonding agents, backer boards or other prep materials as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with tenants and property managers to manage project timelines.
