Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Plasterer for the social housing repairs & maintenance team in Sandwell.

You will perform internal and external plastering, rendering and patch repairs across occupied and void properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and respectful resident interactions. The role covers plastering, bonding and skimming, with ownership of jobs, timely completion and collaboration with other trades.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven plastering, rendering and patch repair experience in social housing or similar.

Mansioni

• Carry out internal and external plastering and rendering repairs.
• Complete patch plastering, bonding, skimming and related prep works.
• Make-good works following other trades and maintain clean, professional finishes.
• Record works and materials using mobile/PDA system.
