Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our growing social housing maintenance team on a permanent basis in Wolverhampton and Sandwell, covering reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied properties.

You must have your own tools, a full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points, and a DBS check. The role offers a £32,000 per annum salary, a company van and a fuel card. Immediate start available. Permanent position with long-term security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied properties.
• Own tools required.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• DBS check required.
• Experience working within social housing preferred.
