Job summary

Fraser Edwards is seeking a Plasterer/Multi for a full-time role within its Repairs and Maintenance team. You will carry out plastering repairs to a high standard in occupied properties, undertake plumbing and carpentry tasks, and diagnose faults to provide lasting solutions.

The role requires Level 2 plastering qualification (or equivalent), clean driving licence, and asbestos awareness. The company offers a van, fuel card, generous leave, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 plastering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property maintenance and tenanted properties.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer/Multi for a full-time role.

Our client is a well-established Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
