Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work across occupied social housing properties in North Birmingham. The role offers an ongoing contract with weekly pay and a company van with a fuel card.

You will deliver plastering, patching and minor multi-trade work to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents. A valid UK driving licence and plastering qualification are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience with basic secondary trades is an advantage
• A reliable, professional approach with good customer service skills
