Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer/Multi trade operative to join their team. The role involves reactive maintenance and programmed repairs in domestic properties, plus reading drawings and carrying out plastering, carpentry, plumbing and related trades.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with lunch included. A full UK driving licence and 5+ years’ experience are required, along with good communication and customer service skills.

Qualificações

• Able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reactive maintenance to domestic properties.
• Fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
• Read and understand working drawings/plans.
• Plastering tasks.
• Carpentry tasks including kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing.
• Plumbing repairs including basins, taps, toilets.
• Patch tiling and UPVC repairs.
• Lock change and related repairs.

Fraser Edwards are currently working with a long-established construction contractor, trading for over 50 years, providing building and maintenance services to private and public clients nationwide. Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for an experienced Plasterer/Multi trade operative to join their team. Works will include a mix of planned maintenance and responsive repairs, carried out in void properties.

Main Duties:

• To provide reactive maintenance to domestic properties
• To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification
• Can understand and read working drawings/plans.
• Plasterering
• Carpentry - kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing
• Plumbing - basin, tap, toilet repairs and changes
• Patch Tiling
• UPVC repairs
• Lock change and forced entries
