Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced plasterer multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team in Hammersmith. You will undertake plastering repairs, patching, skimming, rendering, and related works while ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion.

The role involves working in domestic/social housing with a focus on customer service and safety. A valid UK driving license is required and tasks may include secondary trades where needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering preferred.
• Experience in domestic/social housing repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard.

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance including patch plastering, skimming, rendering repairs, and making good works.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure a high-quality finish on all plastering works.
• Attend properties and ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out secondary trades when required.
• Provide excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations.

Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)

Hourly Rate: £22 PH CIS
