Town and Country Housing is seeking a skilled Plasterer Multi to join our Repairs team. You’ll deliver high-quality plastering and general maintenance work in social housing, taking pride in first-time fixes.

You’ll work both independently and with colleagues, record work on electronic systems, manage materials, and provide excellent customer service to residents. This is a hands-on, varied role focused on quality and reliability, with opportunities to develop skills within a supportive team.

What You Will Do

As a Plasterer Multi, you’ll carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work to our housing stock, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll undertake plastering works and support other property repair activities as required, working independently and alongside colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for residents. You’ll accurately record work completed using electronic systems, manage materials effectively, identify when specialist trades are needed, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
