Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plasterer for a long-term, full-time role based in Leicester, starting immediately. You will work as part of a professional construction team delivering high-quality plastering work on site.

The ideal candidate has proven plastering experience, strong finishing skills, and a CSCS card; NVQ/City & Guilds in plastering and safety qualifications are desirable. You will be expected to work independently and with colleagues, maintaining safety and

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Plasterer.
Good knowledge of plastering techniques, preparation, and finishing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and finishing works to a high standard.
Prepare surfaces before plastering, including filling and priming.
Work safely and follow site health and safety rules.
Liaise with supervisors regarding work schedules and daily activities.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on site.
Maintain timekeeping and complete work within agreed timescales.
Keep tools and areas clean, safe and organised.
Be flexible to assist with different tasks as required.
Work alongside other trades to support project flow.
