Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join a professional and expanding construction team. The role is long-term, full-time and starts immediately, with a focus on high-quality plastering, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and finishing works, prepare surfaces, and work both independently and with other trades on site. A CSCS card is required, NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a plasterer.
• Good knowledge of plastering techniques, preparation, and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and finishing works to a high standard.
• Prepare surfaces correctly before plastering, including filling, priming, and making good.
• Work safely and follow site rules to prevent hazards.
• Liaise with supervisors regarding work schedules.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on site.
• Maintain timekeeping and complete work within agreed timescales.
• Keep tools and working areas clean and organized.
• Be flexible to assist with different tasks as required.
