Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a skilled plasterer to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will carry out high-quality internal and external plastering across occupied and void properties, delivering durable finishes that enhance residents' homes.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability and customer care, with responsibilities including patch plastering, bonding, skimming and occasional minor works, plus reporting via the Axis mobile app.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent).
• Proven plastering experience in repairs and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence and a well-maintained tool kit.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and rendering repairs to walls, ceilings and surfaces.
• Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good after other trades.
• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster materials for a durable finish.
• Deliver work to timescales and aim for first-time fixes.
• Occasionally carry out minor works (tiling, painting, sealing) to complete jobs.
