Axis, part of Axis CLC, is a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishments and voids across the UK. We seek a skilled plasterer to join our team, delivering high-quality internal and external plastering across occupied homes and void properties.

You will work to durable finishes, maintain safety standards, and support apprentices. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plastering, have a Full UK driving licence, and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent).
• Proven plastering experience in repairs and maintenance environments.
• Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness (Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, etc.)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and making good across occupied and void properties, delivering durable finishes.
• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster materials to achieve high-quality results.
• Deliver work to agreed timescales and specifications; aim for first-time fixes.
• Support apprentices and collaborate with supervisors and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery.
