Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join the Responsive Repairs team across Pendle district, including Colne, Brierfield, Nelson and Barnoldswick. The role focuses on plastering repairs to tenanted properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and aiming for first-time fixes in a single visit where possible.

You will hold a full manual UK driving licence and relevant plastering qualifications, with a track record of safe, tidy work and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering skills and experience on tenanted properties.
• Ability to read job tickets, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to building repairs.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer care.
• Literacy and numeracy to complete tickets and timesheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties in accordance with tickets and specs.
• Strive for first-time fixes with high-quality workmanship.
• Keep records as required (paper or electronic).
• Measure, quantify and procure materials as needed.
• Protect tenants and belongings; maintain cleanliness and courteous communication.
