Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Plasterer to join the Responsive Repairs team. You will carry out plastering repairs in tenanted properties across Colne, Brierfield, Nelson, and Barnoldswick, aiming for Right First Time in one visit wherever possible.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence and plastering qualifications. The role offers a starting salary and a flexible, supportive work environment with excellent staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence.
• City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in plastering or NVQ Level2+ (Desirable).
• Experience as a plasterer and related building disciplines.
• Commitment to productive, high quality and reliable service.
• Literacy and numeracy to complete tickets and time sheets.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties in line with job tickets and specifications.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit with high quality workmanship.
• Keep records as required (paper or electronic).
• Measure and quantify and procure materials as needed.
• Ensure customer care and satisfaction, protecting tenants’ furniture and belongings.
• Carry out risk assessments before starting work and protect health and safety.
