Role Overview

TheMulti Trade Operativewill deliver high quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across domestic and commercial properties, withplasteringas the primary trade. The role requires a versatile professional capable of completing a wide range of building tasks to a high standard, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer?focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plastering Works— Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, boarding, rendering, and finishing to a high standard.

• Multi Trade Repairs— Undertake complementary tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance.

• Property Maintenance— Diagnose issues, complete remedial works, and ensure properties are left clean, safe, and ready for occupation.

• Health & Safety Compliance— Follow all site safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices.

• Customer Service— Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues, providing clear updates and maintaining a positive service experience.

• Quality Assurance— Ensure all work meets company standards, building regulations, and agreed specifications.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Plastering Expertise— Proven experience delivering high?quality plastering work across various surfaces and environments.

• Multi?Trade Ability— Competence in at least two additional trades (e.g., joinery, tiling, painting, basic plumbing).

• Problem?Solving— Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and complete tasks efficiently.

Desirable Qualifications
