Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our Responsive Maintenance team in Winchester. You will handle plastering repairs, skimming, patching and rendering across occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent), a Full UK Driving Licence, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage workload independently.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience within maintenance, repairs or social housing environments
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs, skimming, patching and rendering works to a high standard
• Restore homes to a high standard following maintenance and repair works
• Work across occupied social housing properties
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete repairs efficiently
• Complete work safely, professionally and to the highest quality standards
