At Wates, we have an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join our WPS team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be based out of our Walton-On-Thames office, working on social housing contracts to deliver reactive maintenance to residents.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in plastering and possess a full driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking repair and renewal works.
2. Advising the Supervisor promptly when additional trades are required.
3. Working independently on specific tasks.
4. Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks.
5. Completing daily worksheets detailing work performed and materials used.
6. Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

You will be an excellent communicator, capable of problem-solving, multitasking, and working under tight deadlines. A high standard of workmanship, productivity, and exceptional customer service are essential.
