Gilmartins is recruiting an experienced Plasterer (patch and larger areas) with skills in painting, mould wash, re-pointing, and basic carpentry. Previous experience in social housing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out property repairs and maintenance in social housing.
2. Work according to Scope of Works on PDA for each job.

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license (non-EU, non-automatic).
• Own tools required.
• Experience in social housing.
• DBS certificate.

Working Hours:

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call-outs once every 4 weeks, on-call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
