Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking a qualified Plasterer for social housing maintenance across Liverpool and the North West. The role involves plastering, patch repairs, void works, refurbishment and general maintenance on occupied and void properties.

You should have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering and a Full UK Driving Licence; social housing experience is preferred. The assignment is for approximately 2 months at a rate of £16.00 per hour, with a company vehicle or mileage allowance provided.

We are currently seeking a qualified Plasterer to join our team working on social housing properties, voids, insurance and disrepair works across Liverpool and the wider North West.

CALL-OUT - WORKS INVOLVED

• Plastering and patch repairs
• Making good following repairs
• Maintenance and refurbishment works
• Void property works
• Insurance and disrepair works
• General repairs within social housing properties

MUST be willing to travel with a flexible attitude.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working in social housing (preferred)
