Job summary

Niyaa People is recruiting a Plasterer for Peterborough and surrounding areas on a permanent contract. You will be preparing walls and ceilings, carrying out solid plastering with skim coats, patch repairs, tiling and wet wall work, and completing repairs to a high standard.

The role offers £37,000 per year plus a £3,000 starting bonus, a company van and fuel card, 35 days annual leave, pension contributions up to 7%, overtime opportunities and a bonus scheme up to 2%.

Qualifications

• Recognised plastering qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Previous plastering experience.
• Full UK driving licence; ideally based in Peterborough.

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering and painting.
• Carry out solid plastering and skim coats.
• Patch holes and damaged surfaces including decorative cornice.
• Carry out tiling and wet wall applications.
• Complete repairs to a high standard.

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as a Plasterer, covering Peterborough and surrounding areas.

As a Plasterer, you will be:

• Preparing walls and ceilings for painting
• Solid plastering and applying skim coats
• Patching holes and damaged surfaces, including decorative cornice
• Carrying out tiling and wet wall applications
• Completing repairs to a high standard
