We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords, and facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are looking for a Multis who can plaster entire rooms. The work is in the East London and South End areas and involves carrying out all aspects of housing maintenance and services to our clients at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

• GBP 36,000 per annum, with a van and fuel (GBP 38,000 after probation)
